User Contributions Policy

Overview
Worksome’s platform contains interactive features such as messaging, boards, chat windows, personal user profiles, and notification center that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials to other users (collectively, “User Contributions”) on or through the platform. All User Contributions must comply with the terms of this policy. We created this policy to explain the content standards for User Contributions.
Any User Contribution posted on the platform is non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution on the platform, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose according to your account settings. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you post, and you have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of the platform.
Content Standards
User Contributions must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. User Contributions must not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable, and must nor promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Users will not post any User Contribution that would infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person, violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations.
User Contributions must not promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act, cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization, or give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
Users accept not post any User Contribution involving commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, barter, or advertising.
License
When you post User Contributions on the platform, you grant Worksome a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide license to use your User Contributions and associated intellectual property rights to help us operate and improve our services. You acknowledge that our use of your content will not infringe any intellectual property rights, and you understand that we will not compensate you for the User Contributions.
Monitoring and Enforcement
We have the right to, but not obligated to, pre-screen any User Contribution, monitor, audit, filter, refuse to post, or remove any User Contributions for any or no reason, in our sole discretion. Further, we may take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that User Contribution violates this policy, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the platform or the public, or could create liability for Worksome.
You acknowledge Worksome has the right to disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
You acknowledge that we may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the platform at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated this policy, or may take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the platform.
We have the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose any information we have about you, including your identity and other personal information.
YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS WORKSOME AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING, OR TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF, INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
You understand that we cannot and do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the platform and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this policy.
Storage
Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, Worksome has no obligation to store or retrieve any User Contributions and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any User Contributions including the failure to store, transmit, retrieve, secure, protect, or backup any User Contribution.
