Staffing Agency Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2023
These terms govern the use of Staffing Agency Accounts on the Worksome Platform.
Companies utilizing staffing agencies outside of the Worksome Platform can invite the staffing agencies to create a Staffing Agency Account. Upon invitation from the Company, staffing agencies can upload Staffing Agency Workers to the Platform, and manage their recruited contingent workforce portfolio through Worksome. When a Staffing Agency Worker is hired by a Company, the staffing agency is paid their fee through the Worksome platform.
The terms of the staffing agency services are governed by the contract between the Company and staffing agency. Worksome is not a party to the contract between the Company and staffing agency. Worksome facilitates payment and enables Companies and staffing agencies to manage their recruited contingent workforce through the online platform.
A staffing agency must open a Staffing Agency Account on the Worksome platform to be paid their fee. Once an account is opened, and the Company has issued payment to Worksome, Worksome will pay the staffing agency for their services at the rates and for the duration as communicated by the Company to Worksome.
Staffing agencies which wish to use Worksome to manage their Workers using the integrated Platform by importing their own portfolio of Workers should contact the Worksome Sales Team to discuss possible solutions.
